What is it?

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique in which a trained physical therapist inserts small, sterile filament needles into the skin and muscle directly at musculoskeletal restrictions or trigger points. This may generate a twitch response, helping release muscle tension and pain.

How can it help you?

Dry needling can be used to treat a variety of musculoskeletal issues, including: neck, back, and shoulder pain; arm pain (tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, golfer’s elbow); headaches (migraines and tension-type); jaw and dental pain; buttock and leg pain (sciatica, hamstring strains, calf tightness/spasms).

Partners

The Zarett method applies a three-prong approach to rehabilitation, which includes strength training, flexibility improvement and manual muscle work. Many of the region's top athletes, business leaders and socialites choose Zarett Rehab & Fitness instead of traditional gyms or health clubs in order to live pain free.

Flexibility Improvement

By improving your flexibility, we will decrease your risk of injury. Flexibility boosts your muscles to work efficiently and effectively because your joints can move through their full range of motion.

Manual Muscle Work

We believe in a "hands on" approach and use highly effective manual therapy techniques.

Strength Training

Strength training has numerous benefits that are essential for both our rehab and fitness clients. By including strength training in your workout regimen, we will help you develop better body mechanics as well as protect and promote bone health and muscle mass. Strength training not only burns calories long after the workout, but also plays a role in injury prevention.

Why choose Zarett?

Why do the region’s top high school, college and weekend warrior athletes, most accomplished business executives, as well as top physicians seek out Zarett Rehab? Because we apply a very different and more successful approach than other rehabilitation facilities, with treatment methods that achieve the most effective physical outcome. Clients should expect a high-end experience, with personalized treatment and workout programs focused on one-on-one attention and premium amenities. Whether you’re 12 years old or 80, the fastest path to being pain free is at Zarett.
